You also get a UK address which you can start using instantly. Keep in mind that MyUS is primarily a paid forwarding company which you have the option to pick one of two paid plans. The basic plan, which is free has no consolidation option because there is no free storage days. With Premium and Business, you get 30 days of free storage. Premium plan also has a 30-day free trial. MyUS pride themselves in personalized customer experience. The reps are very helpful, and everything that you ask them to do is done accurately.The dashboard is a thing of beauty; not only is it glitch-free, its stress-free as well. All the special requests that you may want to order are stacked under a drop-down menu located in a non-intrusive spot. There are lots of nifty requests you can send towards MyUS staff like special requests, photos, urgent handling, personal shopper and packaging related too. Their staff is fast and if you think that their speed come at the cost of haphazard packaging, then no. Your stuff is packed with care, precision and even a personal touch. MyUS has a mobile apps and well as shopping app which integrates very nicely with US Shopping stores. We think its super cool and quite intuitive to come up with the shopping app because it streamlines the forwarding experience a bit more. Business account lets you accept mail and magazines, consolidation and repackaing becomes free. Along with this, return handling fee, special instructions, priority package login, and photos = they become free too.
