Our parcel was delivered to the Shipito warehouse at the end of May (confirmed by tracking) and a few days later was not on the system. We raised the concern and was asked to provide confirmation delivery and address which we did. Then we were asked to provide proof of the actual purchase (red flags raised here, however we provided all information they asked for). Then a week later they advised that they advised that the tracking stated ‘refused, returned to sender’. We were confused as to why it was accepted and then returned. We contacted our supplier who advised that the parcel had been returned… however it had been opened, emptied and retaped. The only thing returned to the supplier was an empty container! The item we were waiting on was the only one we could find to complete a vehicle restoration and therefore holds up the entire job! Please learn from our lesson and avoid this thieving company at all costs!!!
